Home Buyer Educational Workshop!

Luis Mendez II, of AFN Corp. and Jason Walters, of Keller Williams Realty, are hosting free home buyer education classes . The classes will be held from 6:30p.m. to 8:00p.m. at the Oxnard Boys & Girls Club located at 1900 West 5th Street. Workshops will be held on January 19th, February 16th & March 22nd.

The purpose of the classes is to inform participants of the importance of creating a plan for home ownership, as well as making residents aware of safe, fixed financing options available in the county.

The Homebuyer workshops, offer free information that cover the benefits of home ownership, along with an overview of resources for city, state and federal down payment and closing cost assistance programs. Free credit and FICO score review, are being offered to all attendees.
